The MOM Cultural Centre
The
MOM Radio Club is a short-wave and ultra short wave amateur radio enthusiasts association of radio amateurs. It is a member of the Hungarian Radio Amateur Association ( MRASZ).

Our Club was established in 1971 within the framework of the sometime Hungarian Defence Association (MHSz). Since 1990 it operates as an independent non-governmental organization. Since the development of the MOM Cultural Centre - now known as MOM Cultural Centre - has a permanent establishment (Budapest, Csörsz utca 18. 1124 HUNGARY).

Our name come from the Hungarian Optical Works - MOM. Today, unfortunately this factory does not exist.

Powered by HA5KFV, HA5KKW, HA5KRR and HG5M call sign amateur radio stations.

The club is opened every Thursday from 18:00 to 22:00 hours.
